I agree. Considering it's 1- anime, which is all kinda the same in style even when the anime style itsself differs, and 2- its black and white, which makes a lot of things look the same in manga.(Reading Fruits Basket as a kid, I was so confused when they introduced the horse because she looked exactly like another character but with shorter hair, and some side characters looked similar to them too. If it can happen within the same manga, it can happen between them too.

I have no idea what I'm looking at, but no, it doesn't look like plagiarism at all. Most of these just look like very vaguely similar situations (stabbing a serpent/beast, bending over and running) but there's nothing else, character-wise or perspective-wise, remotely in common.
