I like art but I don't even know what kind of job I want to do within art.

Everything seems to mediocre.

Concept Art
Storyboard Art
Graphic Design (We do better work, go tell /gd/)
Editorial Illustration
Caricature
Motion Graphics and 3D Modeling
Fine Art
Portraiture

Where would I even get commissioned for something like that? I'd love to do Storyboards, concept art, character design, background art, 2D animation... Pretty much any of those I could do a pretty presentable job at, but I just have no idea where to get started. I'd even take an internship somewhere just for the experience.

You have to practically already be at professional level to get any internship. Just work on your portfolio and start networking.

An internship, wasn't at some fancy place like Disney or Turner. But it was a place where I can get paid and grow.
