I have found that statues with good shadows improved my drawings, but not any kind of pic of statues will do, so a quick google won't do. most are lighted from all direction, which still makes them good as a shape ref, but not form ref

here it explains very well a good lighting, and I found that quickpose has a ''chiaroscuro'' challenge which about 40% nails it, at least for a body part if not the whole body

if you have busts they are the best, since the challenge on quickpose covers full bodies, but full bodies they are good too

personally just so I dont end up in any dark places, I just use the stock images at stock photo sites.

theyre a little stilted and have watermarks, but at lease I feel safe looking them up.

DA's photography/stock sections aren't all bad if you're willing to go digging.
Here are two of the big ones I know of.

Clean photos, lots of good nudes, variety of costumes ,good lighting, good models, large selection

Non-nude generic underclothes, limited models, but they tend to have very clean poses.

If you find a nice ref/reference site, save it. Keep it organized through gender>nude/clothed>general pose (sitting, standing, etc) so you don't go too crazy rifling through your findings.
