just stop sculpting when you reach the skin.

Conditioner and skin creams

1. Take the fuckin rock

2. Chisel the fuck out of that rock

3. Polish the fuck out of that rock

4. Put that chiseled and polished rock in a place with some good fuckin lighting

Careful replication of a form you usually only see on something soft, in this case the fingers pushing in the skin.
Your brain works with experience and association.
You could make anything look soft, by giving it a certain shape and ofc the right lighting, as the previous anon mentioned.
How do you know a pillow is soft, or the skin of someone else, without touching it?
