See, this and some of his other stuff is pretty good, the pic OP posted is one of the worse ones t b h, mostly cause he's using dirty phototextures in that.

I feel like OP's question has been asked a lot and honestly you could git that gud in a matter of 1-3 years if you commit hard enough depending on where you are currently.

OP, stop getting mesmerized at the rendering. That's a trick used by underachievers to look better than what they really are.
