I'm away from home and most of my materials and I need to order a set of acrylic paints for an upcoming university course. Preferably from the Blick website. Which one is the best/should I get?

cheap shit or student grade, no point in getting the best of the best when skill matters far more than what you paint with...
remember, frazetta did his watercolor work with a mickey mouse paint set.
Doesn't the university have a supply list?
I got a list with recommended materials.
And what the hell is Blick?

Just hit your local supply you goon.
Golden is honestly pretty great, but make sure not to buy the open ones. They are slow drying acrylics. If you decide you want them, buy one brand or the other. Mixing slow drying acrylics with normal acrylics is a fucking nightmare
I've used the Liquitex heavy body acrylics and enjoyed them well. I've noticed the cheaper stuff tends to be overly transparent and chalky, but that might be what you want.
Like the other anon said, Frazetta swore by his work that the mickey mouse watercolor kit had the most vibrant colors on the market.

>what acrylic from Blick?
I just got the one that said "Blick". Worked fine for me.
