Nice broken neck

eyes are really flat, that blue aura around the whole figure with the blue tint only being on the left side feels weird, look at that neck closely from the chin to the bottom of the neck wayyy too long

It's a bit hard to tell whats going on at a glance, and I'm still a bit unsure because on further inspection I think maybe smoke is coming out of his mouth and nose?
Since this is an illustration the first fast fix I'd do on this before worrying about anatomy or any other thing is just make sure to separate the man, the smoke and the skull in terms of value range. it also wouldnt hurt to clean up those edges.
