Motivation for me involves absorbing information and then eventually that will turn into an output. So I look at lots of art and photography, I try to read books, watch movies, listen to music. Eventually imagery and emotions that I soak in from that and from life will come out as art.

Honestly cringe art motivates me. I know its petty and pathetic but it works for me. The idea of being so bad at what I love to do that people might laugh at me keeps me driven.
