who is the better artist, jazza, or will terrell?

Are you fucking kidding me. I don't even like western art. Anime is 100x better but even i can tell Will is 100x the artist of Jazza.

What is it about Jazza's process that makes his art look like complete shit? Like whenever he's talking over his videos everything he's saying makes sense. He seems to know what he's talking about, so how the fuck do you arrive at this?

I'ma guess lack of experience and over-reliance on airbrush and other effect brushes.

The undersketch was clearly of poor quality as well, though, so even if it was rendered well, it wouldn't have come out that great.
