Always, ALWAYS ask yourself before making any piece. What is the point I'm trying to get across. I don't mean that in some faggot philosophical, modern art way, I want to know what you are trying to get out of this.

Better understanding of facial anatomy? Expressions? Do you want to make better animu? Light & Color?

Anon, don't even think about "style" at this point.
You need to get a working grip on the fundamentals before you can tackle stylizing, and from the looks of the OP pic, you haven't started.

The eyes are too spread apart, and are not leveled at all.
The nose and the mouth look nothing like the model's.
Her hand looks kind of like a deformed foot, and the fingers have absolutely no length variety.
The model is clearly hunched over in your ref pic. Your pic has your character in a similar pose, but fails to convey that she takes up any 3 dimensional space; everything just looks flat.
You made her arm severely short.
Also, stop with the nasty ass chicken scratch; draw more confidently and defined.

Seriously anon, stop what ever it is you're doing, and go pick up an art book from the art book thread.
Loomis, Vilppu, anything really.

One day you'll be able to draw qt grills, but today is not that day.
