i used to use it but that was when i was absolutely abhorrent at art. at this point i use sai and i'm just mildly horrible. i feel like getting artrage again though. have they done any updates?

Can someone help me get brushes like these. i have basically the starter brushes and want some that look like these at a normal size. not a brush that will only look like this if i raise the size to 250.

i have all the basic brushes, but i thought you were able to go into a file and customize them further? I heard somewhere that you weren't able to do that...

using such pleb tier software, when the superior photoshop can make brushes that only sai can wish to emulate.

As a traditional artist, I gotta say that raster brushes are a gimmick regardless of implementation.
Might as well use a fully opaque flat brush, there's no difference either way.

Im sure it's been updated, only opened it up once when i got it to test it though (think it came with my wacom tablet) but I've been using it for a little while now and really like it. Now I use SAI and Krita as my main programs, Sketchbook and Artrage for concept work or more traditional feeling 'painting', and Gale and Aseprite for my pixel art.

I just can't understand how am I supposed to shade, not from the drawing point, but from the settings.

can anyone help me with a problem I'm having? I added a few brush shapes to my elemap folder, but when I used start-sai to open it, it stopped loading them to a certain point. Nothing in the brush configuration file shows any problem, and the rest of the files are the right format. It just seems to stop after middle_flat.
