I think that you should resize and flip your images before posting them
Not skilled work with great depth or detail or anything, but I like it, it has it's charm. Although it being turned sideways in part might have something to do with that.
Also:
1: do not hold your swords like that, you won't be able to draw them out of the sheath.
2: Why would someone with a poncho have a samurai sword?

A good idea is to develop the habit of drawing every day, in particular the morning.
Personally I wouldn't recommend focusing so much on drawing more as most would suggest, instead just focus on doing what makes you feel like you're learning, because in the end that's what counts. And of course if drawing more makes you feel like you're learning more, then draw more :p
Also make sure to enjoy yourself, no point in drawing if you don't at the very least eventually come to enjoy it. It's also good because you usually don't enjoy yourself when you're not learning, improving, or having enough variety in exercises, so to make sure you're enjoying yourself is a good way to keep things are running smoothly.
Also don't be too hard on yourself, and don't even bother comparing yourself to others, it's a waste of time and just gives unnecessary stress. God gave you 1 life, you just have make the best of what you have, not what others have. How well others do is irreverent in that respect.
