its not bad but you're missing one or two things, the arm looks like its shaking, you need to be more carefull when drawing each frame to keep it steady, now the movement on the hand is ok, if you were expecting a slow movement you should've done some easing out, but if you wanted it to be a fast movement you needed to do a reaction to that speed (fingers extend fully and then relax a little, going out and down)

hey anon, movement is ok but heads dont look up that way, it usually rises from the bottom of the neck not from the top, also head movements usually go "eyes close, eyes open and eyes move, and then head turns" people usually lead head movement with the eyes

when you animate look for references and try to learn from them, its the best way to learn by yourself
