Stand name: BAD SEED (named after Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds)
Bad Seed is able to alter people’s perceptions of reality and the sensations they feel.
The power is based entirely on mental state. It affects the way people perceive things. For example, it could make people think an injury or sensation hurts more than it does, make people think they can trust her, make a volatile situation seem to be calmer, etc. It also only works on something with a level of consciousness/intelligence, as Bad Seed only works on things capable of conscious thought, so it usually doesn’t work on nonhuman animals (unless they have a stand), or on unconscious people.

Ability: Able to "lock" people in a rhythm, so they can't move unless they move to the rhythm. In the time where they can't move, Caravan Palace is able to move the person's body around, to it's users will.

Does BAD SEED just kind of stand around (haha, stand) and mess with people? Since it has power as E I'd imagine that it's not much of a fighter.

Yeah, pretty much! One of her other usages is to dodge attacks from other stands, since she has too little durability to risk a direct hit. Bad Seed is actually the only one of my stand ocs that isn't attack based. A lot of it has to do with her user (one of my ocs) subconsciously placing restrictions on herself to limit the amount of harm she can cause. Depending on the situation and her user's intentions, Bad Seed's attack occasionally fluctuates between E rank and C rank. She's still pretty weak tho LOL... sorry for posting all of this, I just like talking about my ocs

I didn't actually have a good idea for it, but it would probably have a name like 'Dangerzone' or 'Highway to Hell' (even though thats already a stand) It would probably have a mad max esque power where it turns raw metal into vehicles.

Sheena latches onto things with her pairs of arms, and transfers qualities between objects, personalities/emotions between people, etc. whatever from whatever to whatever. The process damages the source, and may damage the transferee if the change is too contrastive.

「Rainy Day」

Ability - Those within an area around the stand begin to gradualy slow down, experiencing increasing sluggishness, exhaustion, loss of mental focus and eventually a slowed down perception of time, sort of. Try to imagine what it would feel like if your senses and thoughts worked in slow-motion while the world around you does not.
It comes with a downside, as the stand and it's user feel the effects of the ability as well.
