Your proportions are good but you keep on displacing everything, hence it looks weird.

Keep in mind that females usually have slimmer faces, and males have broader shoulders and a fuller profile. Be aware of figural ambiguity.

Along with practicing proportions, try to study natural poses. The dude on the bottom left's knees are bent too much, and resting arms should align with the neck.

I think you already know proportions.
imo you need to learn the range of movements for the limbs and also perspective (specifically foreshortening). I don't think going to /ic/ will do you any good. Just keep drawing and you'll eventually understand. I don't think there is a mechanical way to learn forshortening. you have to get a feel for it (if youre drawing from imagination) by drawing alot.

Shoulders are too short. In both men and women, the ends of the shoulders should line up with the bottom of the chest muscles. Also with the breasts, they tuck under the chest muscles and into the armpits. In yours you have the breasts end 2 heads down when in reality it would be the chest muscles, not the breasts.Also what proportion system are you using? If you're using the 8 system I can tell you that after the 2nd head down, the rest of the body is completely out of proportion. Try making a stack of her heads 8 heads tall off to the side, with the top of the stack lining up with the top of your figure. You'll know if you did the proportions right if the feet line up with the bottom of the headstack.
