I made a sketch with better anatomy and I changed a few minor details around to show how you could fix it. First of all, it's near impossible to get your head turned back that far and her neck and shoulders look kind of strange. The pose is awkward looking and the angle you tried to draw it at makes it look like her feet are pointing into the air. She also doesn't really look that young, I guess she could pass for a 6-7th grader. I'm sure someone else could give you better advice, but you should still practice anatomy.
