I used Flash CC to make that one.
I got the Clip Studio update that enables animation and I'm toying around with it right now but it's much better than flash.

Crack, but it's pretty easily available.

CSP is basically SAI with photoshop features and more support tools for people drawing actual manga, hence its international name "Manga Studio"

I've recently started using Adobe Animate CC (two days ago) and feel like it's a really great and streamlined program for making animations, but it's the only program I've used, so my experience isn't actually very broad when it comes to this.

Do you have any advice on what programs are out there? Cause i feel like it's stupid to be paying 25$ a month to use this program, but I don't actually know if that's just the standard for animating programs?

Also any other advice for a newbie would be nice.
Will upload a small gif in a moment, need to make one real quick though.

There is no standard- or, at least, the standard changes so quickly that there might as well be no standard. I would recommend toon boom. It's used by some pretty big studios (disney, film roman, ect.)
