Did you mean the stabilizer? Cause it won't work with a mouse, try to get a tablet.

sounds like pen size put to pressure sensitivity, which again you cant do with a mouse. you can use the vector tools and get something similar but it's much more work.
you could chance the brush tip to ">" shape (should be a default), but i don't think that's what you mean.
