Its not in focus.
shutter delay was not long enough
cameraman should of been positioned about 15-30deg to the left of where shot was taken.
camera should of been panned with big blub center-weighted in relation to small bulb (so basically 1/3 to the left)
could of went with a distant 7W candlebulb with a wax cup over it to help with the ISO blur and gradient.

Other than that, its a nice tulip. I'd recommend starting with a shittier (but still Canon, always Canon&Zeiss) camera til you get the basics, so it'll exacerbate what you're doing wrong, or rather, improperly.
