I don't know why people are getting so butthurt and triggered over that nonsense. In the first fucking season Ragnar wanted a threeway with Athelstan. Also Ragnar, Athelstan, and Ecbert had a massive bromance homoerotica thing going on. These people didn't complain about any of that, but once you have two chicks kissing it's a bitch and moan session. What the fuck? Is it all these guys complaining just want all this sexy lesbian action to go away so the show can go back to three dudes desperately wanting to blow each other?

As for the "moslems" Björn Ironside actually did fucking raid in the Mediterranean and got in fights with Saracens, so apparently people are getting triggered over facts. These folks should spend less time crying and more time reading a fucking book.

I think people need to spend less time whining like a bunch of bitches on their period and more time manning the fuck up. Maybe they could I don't know, take a lesson from the vikings in the show and stop crying over ever little thing that challenges their delicate sensibilities. Maybe people should stop watching the show Vikings and spend more time reading Little Women, or playing with ponies, or brushing their pretty hair.

Actually the pagan Norse had no problem with other religions gods, they themselves were polytheistic so other gods besides their own made sense to them and got respect if they felt they deserved it. The only reason vikings raided Christian religious areas (churches, cathedrals, etc) was because they had lots of wealth there. It was only once the Norse became Christianized and rejected their pagan polytheistic ways that they became intolerant of other religions.

So your belief that Floki should have killed Muslims because his belief would be intolerant of their gods is actually a modern Christian based belief system, not an ancient pagan one.

Except for the fact that Floki didn't really hate other religious he was just jealous of Ragnar's love for Athelstan. Once Ragnar left and Floki realized he played a part in Ragnar leaving and no longer loving him it did leave Floki feeling hollow, especially once Ragnar returned and was a broken man. Floki never became a "Muslim lover" he just respected a people who worshiped something they didn't need to see, or need a tangible reminder of. That sort of blind faith is what Floki had lost and he was respectful of them for reigniting that feeling in him, so he wanted them spared as a way of repayment. It makes complete sense from what we've seen of Floki's character.

Is Floki a Muslim lover? No. Did seeing the Muslims praying to nothing in blind faith rekindle Floki's own? Yes. Did Floki respect them for restoring his own faith and purpose? Yes.

Historically Ivar was a cripple, yet now we would call him a man with an illness, his back was open when born and he was unable to walk (also the rest if his short life.), he was small and the reason for his kingship was the fact that he controlled strong saxons to fight for his ideals....he was a smart leader. There's absolutely no historical evidence of what you are talking about. Ivar grave was never found. Some historians say that the name "boneless" is due to his impotence or infertility. So that would mean he was a normal guy just couldn't have any children. Other say that he was the founder of Imar dynasty so he must had some descendants. And there are those who say that he had a bone diseases. The show writer just takes what he likes and goes with it.
