Was definitely a once-in-a-lifetime exhibit. I found the 'glass panels' 50+ sagittal and axial plane cuts of full-growns to be extremely interesting, along with the stages of fetuses in the womb as time progresses until birth.
The only thing I remember more than that, was the sickness that turned from curiosity to disgust as I walked around wondering and finally piecing together just where at least 1 of these 'donated to science' bodies came from.
>German translation as main language of exhibit
>hawk-beeked on a good majority
then finally, on one of the displays where a man was holding his skin like, on his crinkly forearm, I saw the thing that put the final nail in the coffin. But do you go about and sulk and rage about it? No, you have to rationalize (since the deed was already done) and think about the bright side and medical advances that Mengele's creations brought about, and the countless lives and brilliant doctors these displays helped create.
It's still a hard feeling to shake, that pitting feeling that humans would do such things to their fellow man...
To OP and others, keep up the good work. It was a no-cameras allowed event when I went, something to do with the flash degrading the displays and copyrights.
To everyone who gets the opportunity to visit this traveling event, I'd recommend it, so the bodies used in it were not in vain, and it might just spark your psychii's desire to learn more about anatomy&physiology, plus you just may learn something.
Decorated skulls have had an extremely important cultural function for the natives living in Papua New Guinea. The skulls of ancestors who passed away were collected, decorated, and celebrated. The natives believed that the strength and the spirit of the ancestor would remain with them, so great honor and care were taken in preserving and decorating their skulls

it's a split decision from the referee
as the crowd goes to pieces
the flag was up
free kick given
...goal! as the ball slams past the goalkeeper's fingertips...
the crowd applause
as the footballer...
celebrates with a teammate in a lap of horner around the stadium.
