I don't know of any specifically but I daresay the area has featured in some films/TV. Generally, though, people want to film in the safer areas of New York. It's still rather gritty in Chinatown, and more specifically the Two Bridges neighborhood. I see film crews down here occasionally, though. If you go onto google maps and travel to 69 East Broadway, New York, then you'll get that view more or less. Maybe you'll recognise the area from some films.
