Remember kids, wear a helmet and don't get into any high speed chases or stuff like that. Also here's a copper in a sports car, because fuck yeah.

why
Although Elgin Park hasn't had a serious fire for more than a decade, the town's 1914 pumper was getting a bit old, so a more up to date engine was purchased.
And it was a dandy.
Captain Tom Mansfield proudly gave tours of the equipment when anyone stopped by, much to the delight of the town folk.
When asked what the truck's best feature was; without hesitation the Captain proclaimed it was the closed cab. "No more riding around in an open vehicle. I'll never understand the concept of not having a roof on a fire engine. Think about it, it's the dead of winter with the mercury hovering around zero and we're driving around without a G.D. roof, for crying out loud! Don't get me started!"
Those who endured the Captain's rant would nod with understanding wondering why, indeed, the old engine never had a roof.
Here in israel we also have emergency scooters (They don't come instead of ambulance)
