Are you anons for real? SNSD's LOVE&PEACE as an album is much better than their Korean stuff. And it's good because it has a more broad sound rather to appealing to just their Japanese fandom. Almost all of After School's material for Japan is top tier.

But with groups just releasing one Japanese song, they're usually crappy.

You could have picked a better SNSD Jp. release... honestly yes there are some great examples of good kpop hidden in Jp. releases, better than that groups usual Korean releases but for the most part there is some Japan pandering and therefor a tilt towards Jpop. I guess what I'm getting at is that yes there are some amazing exceptions but for the most part Jp. releases are pretty mediocre at best.

'Girl's Generation' or the repackage 'The Boys' are the better SNSD examples. In fact fuck it, even 'Girl's & Peace' is a better one.
