I visited the Narconon facility in Yarramalong recently while I was in Australia. I'm ex OSA, so I used my skills to stake the place out. Well there were a few caretakers, so I waited until they were away for a few hours and had me a little look.
These are the photos I took. Well, I think the decay shows up pretty good, but some of these decks were far more dangerous than they look. I was treading where there were nails because most of the decks wouldn't take my weight. A lot of the work on the place is real shonky, none of the floors are really flat, and there is so much rot. They've really never maintained it.
They got a storeroom full of rat feces.
More here.
In one part, you can see they have put up a plank to stop the roof from falling down.
Here it is without the plank.
And a closeup.
Now if I was to open that white door above, what would I see?
Those pillows don't look too good.
This step looks pretty bad too. It's all bent down and busted up.
Now what the hell is that doin' there?
I been in the Sea Org and I ain't never seen that before.
Now apart from being rotten, this deck is real bent up. They really never put it in right to begin with..
I guess someone knew they had problems cause they seem to have ripped out bits of the ceiling. I figure they were checking to see how bad the rot and mold was. Well, as you'll see soon, it's pretty bad.

Well now that's a toilet the way I remember it!
Anyhow, there are a few points of interest I don't think David Miscavige knows about. I think if he knew about them, well, I don't think he could have bought the place.
Seems the previous owner was seriously out-2D in a few ways. In the bar room, they have a couple of round rooms decked out for strippers. They took the pole out and you can see rusting outside near the chandelier.
Here is one of the rooms.
Now no shoops please. Mr David Miscavige hates that.
And here's the other one. Remember, no shoops of John Travolting in there. That would be hurtful.
Here's the chandelier and the pole.
so... this is a bondage dungeon eyy?
This is David Miscavige's bondage room.

Yeah I'm sorry. I was working up to it.
This here is the toilet.
It's an interesting faucet ain't it?
That faucet is for internal use only. Heh Heh.
When they bought the place, I don't think David Miscavige knew what was in it. I'm figuring someone is going into the RPF over this one.
If someone resists, you can rope them pretty good with these.
I guess he'll use them on his wife.
I'm guessing these are for more of that Japanese style rope work that David Miscavige is known for.
And this is asbestos. The place is full of the stuff. When the hell did they ban this in Australia?
And this is a sample of the mold on the inside.
The whole place is rotting to the core. Just like Scientology. This is around the swimming pool
Whoever in hell put this in did a real bad job. See, you have too look beyond the rot, to just how uneven the surfaces are.
This is the front entrance. Now that would be a first impression to remember!
There's tyres all over the place. Don't know what the laws are in Australia, but pretty sure you can't dump those. Looks like they came off a pretty hot car.
If you look real close, you'll see there is a pane off glass shattered. Now this is over the front gate to the property? That's gotta be an unsafe workplace.
That doesn't look safe
If you look closely, you can see the Sea Org quality workmanship
Quite a lot of the glass is damaged. It would cost a lot of money to repair all of this.
This is the old cool room. My God it stank.
I think I figured why ol' Davey boy wanted the place. Scotch on tap for the old whino bum.
All of this outdoor woodwork has got to be 30-40 years old. It's all rotten to the damn core. You can't even stand on the wooden deck. It's damn dangerous.
I'm missing the point of this thread
It looks like the wood rotted out from under this glass and it damn fell. They're holding it up with a few blocks of wood. Now that is bad, even for Scientology.

It's one of the few places on the internet you can leak stuff anonymously.
Another shot from the dungeon. Looks like they don't just torture people there.
Hey Dave, when you buy a place, always be sure and remove any dead animals from the dungeon area.
That look's a tad unsafe.
Oh I know, you could maybe use some cement. I hear that's a good way to keep bricks in place.
The retaining wall looks like it's gonna blow.
Turgid water, Now that brings back some unpleasant memories.
I wonder which ANZO fool is gonna take a swim in that.
Not quite sure what that cement is that is oozing outa that waterslide.
This one I like. You got the rotting water in one pool and the rotting wood in another.
Now take a look at that roof. That is funny. How the hell much did they pay for this dump? They ain't ever gonna fix it.
I guess that's why we sign billion year contracts.
In short, this place was badly built and it looks more than 20 years since anyone has maintained it. If they ever wanted to use this as a workplace, there are some serious safety issues. It would cost a fortune to fix this place up.
Here a few last ones of the dungeon. This is a hook, I guess for a swing.
And this is an aircon unit with a wasp nest.
Well I'm off. This jet lag is killing me. Anyway, fuck you Miscavige, you really bought one hell of a lemon.
You paid too much for it, and it will cost millions to get it up to scratch.
Sorry I can't show all of the rot in this dump. My memory card wasn't big enough.
Can I post these on reddit? Thanks.

It’s documentation of a ruin. /hr/ used to have these threads regularly (liska!! you out there?!).
Holy son of neglect!
Why has they let it fall into such decline?
Is it like that across all narCONons?
>>2737317
Probably. They have it with some of the Ideal Morgues as well.
Bump because fuck you.
>>2737079
some guy wasted his money on scientology and is angry so he is sharing photos of a scientologist abandoned house
>>2737095
>>2737317
According to google this was supposed to be a Narcanon facility, but they couldn't get permits. It used to be a "Private Resort" that belonged to Albert Bertini, who knows if he actually used it or if he just wanted the property.
I wouldn't mind having a cheeky bondage dungeon and stripper lounge myself desu
$cientology is still trying to get this place open despite a lot of legitimate objections by residents and the local council. The place hasn't been abandoned, moron - the cult is trying to say how wonderful a place it is but these pictures show how much of a shithole it really is.
>>2737088
That's just expandable foam, couldn't even be bothered to get rid of the excess crap
I wish I had scientology money.
Literally nothing about those pictures indicates that the house is associated with scientology in any way. It's a ruined house. Post something convincing.
cool
Cool stuff, thanks OP.
>>2737058
Why would they ban it? it's still delicious
>>2737081
Cool, cool, yeah . . .
So are you gonna post anything that matters to anybody?
This is nothing.
>>2745341
oh yeah that's right, we're all here in 4chan for serious matters.
>>2737022
ebay goldmine, dude.
>>2737028
Yeah the stumps would've sunk. verandah stumps rarely go as deep as house stumps, expecially since a lot from around then were DIY verandahs.
how big is the size of the property/lot?
>>2740753
I don't think the point of the thread was to convince you that scientologists own a run down building.
>>2745386
Well we're sure as fuck not here for a serious waste of fucking time which is what this thread and by extension your life seem to be.
MAN I LIVE IN YARRAMALONG!
>>2737054
Those are body jets presumably in a shower.
>>2748776
How is the festival going? Fellow Coasty.
