http://fivethirtyeight.com/features/the-mythology-of-trumps-working-class-support/

>Likewise, although about 44 percent of Trump supporters have college degrees, according to exit polls.... higher than the 33 percent of non-Hispanic white adults, or the 29 percent of American adults overall, who have at least a bachelor’s degree.

>The median household income of a Trump voter so far in the primaries is about $72,000,..... well above the national median household income of about $56,000. It’s also higher than the median income for Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders supporters, which is around $61,000 for both.

tl;dr - Trump supporters are better educated and earn more money that the average.

>Likewise, although about 44 percent of Trump supporters have college degrees, according to exit polls — lower than the 50 percent for Cruz supporters or 64 percent for Kasich supporters

So compared to other previous candidates in the field his supporters are less educated. No surprise there.

Also Drumpf's supporters making slightly more money then the national median household income doesn't mean that his supporters are more successful. It could easily be that his supporters are simply older. The longer you work at a job the more you are paid. So it could just be that he mostly has old uninformed senile idiots supporting him.

>>
>>2662824

>il ignore the evidence of countless other sources across all media and the evidence my own senses because you supplied a link to a website.

It's Nate Silver's website. The same Nate Silver that liberals love with a proper survey not some huff-po "it's true cos I've got a fake anecdote". But yeah ditch the statistics in favour of liberal shrieking, wailing and cherry picking. Never a smart move. But go on....

>do you think that all these billionaires are simply warder working and smarter than the rest of humanity...if trump had invested his inheritance instead of becoming a yuge businessman he would be worth more than he is today... he lost more than he won...

Except he's substantially richer by $billions than all his brother and sisters that inherited the same amount of money? Again where do you get these "Liberal facts" from> hillaryclinton.com or your ass? same difference I suppose

>anyone whose policy is to build a wall that cannot be built

The truth is almost all of the wall can be built and the small parts where a literal wall can't be built ( less than a mile a piece) can have their security enhanced and be patrolled much more easily. Saying the wall isn't viable is a strawman akin to saying not all people who cross the border illegally are end up commiting crime therefore none of them are criminal.

The more I see arguments like yours the more sure I am people like you and the politicians you support need to be kept out of power so your "feels over facts" approach don't get in the way of the policies america needs.

TL;DR - Vote Trump. MAGA.

yeah I agree. Clinton is so well like it's no wonder she is on a reasuringly comfortable -14 while Trump is miles behind on terrible -18.3. Clinton has an unassailable 4.3 lead on trump ( with only a 5 point margin of error ). Remember people have yet to hear a single bad thing about Trump from the mainstream media. I think Trump should just give up now, there's simply no way he can make up that 4.3 lead.

Most people are too uninformed to recognize that so many of the actions that Trump calls for are not unprecedented in recent American history, true. Most people don't have the time or energy to spend hours on the internet fact-checking and lurking 4Chan. However, I think that deep down it's more so the undeniably yuge EMPHASIS that Trump is placing on those things, such as building a wall, deporting swaths of Mexicans, his proposed actions against Muslims- and the fact that these are the points that really get his supporters riled up- that is disconcerting and reminiscent of darker episodes of history and sides of human nature.

Seriously this is where some people get their news from. They consider these sources "trustworthy".

http://www.indiana.edu/~rcapub/v29n2/nojoke.shtml

While the political humor of Jon Stewart and his Comedy Central show make the headlines and blog sites regularly, Fox’s study is among the first to examine how comedic shows compare with network newscasts as a source of political information. Fox was prompted to do the research by the findings of a 2004 Pew Research Center survey. The nationwide survey revealed that the percentage of under-30 respondents who relied regularly on comedy programs like The Daily Show for campaign information was the same as the percentage of under-30 respondents who relied on the TV network evening news. "Given the growing number of young voters who say they expect The Daily Show with Jon Stewart to fulfill their political information needs, it begs the question as to whether those needs can be satisfied with that show," Fox says in her study.

Interesting. Since you're referencing Pew research, multiple studies, including that of Pew, found that Daily Show viewers are more informed than Fox News viewers by a wide margin. Fox News viewers consistently rate as the least informed audience of any news outlet. Less informed, in fact, than people who watch no news at all.

You don't need to look any further than one of his vaguely-worded speeches, where he uses words like "tremendous" and "great" instead of the statements of substance other candidates have provided in the past, even if those statements are lies, they cater to the discerning voter. Trump caters, on the other hand, to the absolute lowest common denominator, feeding on American's (white Americans, specifically) desperation and fear.

>You're only smart if you agree with my liberal viewpoint.txt
A developed sense of intellectual curiosity and basis of cold facts has nothing to do with liberalism or conservatism. Our country was founded by persons of many ideologies, but one thing they shared in common is that they were children of the enlightenment.

The false idea that to be intellectual- to be enlightened- is to be liberal could spell the end of the American Experiment as imagined by our founders.

Have you actually heard him speak in an interview? Look, there is a difference between how you say things at a rally, how you say things in a debate and how you get the issues across in a political interview. If you watch him in a political interview he seems, when I have seen him, to understand the issues well. He talks very well in political interviews. Are his rallies biosterous, entertaining and full of slogans? Yes. Does that mean that's his only method? no. The fact that he knows how to work a crowd shouldn't count against him. If you think he's an idiot or appealing to idiots watch a proper political interview with him.

Yes there are candidates that speak in longer winding speeches BUT often it's just either posing ( "I know the issues", "I can regurgitate the latest talking points from Washington Post or NY Times" ) or a carefully crafted non committment so that later they can go back and say - Well I may have said A but if you listen to my speech I also spoke of the benefits of B. THIS bullshit, this "Washington waffle" is why people don't trust politicians. Voters want someone who says what they mean and will do what they promise. This is why people go for TRUMP. If you're not at least slightly disillusioned with what candidates promise vs what they deliver then some would say you're not really paying attention.

Pre-empting the strawman - Do we know Trump will deliver? No, he's never been in political power before. Does he sound like he will deliver, or at leasts understand the importance of delivering? Yes absolutely.

Look Trump is a risk, he's the unknown but the other option is keep on with how things have been going. I recon four years of a Trump presidency is a risk worth taking and calling me stupid or racist or whatever won't change that.
>>
>>2667011

No. The idea that making people a second class citizen and then eventually systematically and deliberately killing those people for no other reason than they belong to a certain race, and doing something about illegal immigration are portrayed as parallel is quite frankly laughable. The fact that people are willing to make the comparison shows you how immature the debate around immigration has become.

Part 1 of 2 ( sorry )

If you're curiuos here's why daily show listeners fair better.

http://publicmind.fdu.edu/2012/confirmed/

Firstly "The Daily Show" group has as a lot of "people who are really into the news" and are more likely to watch both news and news satire. Strangely the study did NOT survey for watches the "daily show only" BUT instead uses "multinomial logistic regression" to decide this latter. I suspect this may make false assumptions about the sample and sample distribution.

This study is a simple 8 question survey 4 domestic 4 foreign. Two of the domestic questions involve having a knowledge of who won specific republican primaries. The daily show is going to tell you who won so that they can make fun of them. This isn't the same as being properly informed on all domestic issues. Also my understanding is that fox/most news is very domestic in focus. Giving domestic and foreign news equal wieghting is not going to produce a realistic overall picture.

8 questions, especially ones that are based on knowing about temporary and not highly relevant details is not really the bases of being "knowledgable".

More importantly there is substantial evidence that there is something wrong with the study. If a study shows that watching CNN, MSNBC, FOX are all (when accounting for the 3% margin of error ) as knowledgable or less knowledgable as those who watch "No News at all" you should really be skeptical. Especially when who watches what news is decided with "multinomial logistic regression" and curiously NOT a simple survey of primary news sources and how often watched.

Part 2 of 2 ( sorry again )

http://www.people-press.org/2007/04/15/public-knowledge-of-current-affairs-little-changed-by-news-and-information-revolutions

A substantial amount of the survery involves recognising individuals rather than focusing on institutions. So it's hardly suprising that a comedy show whose comedy comes from lampooning individuals scores highly.

They both of course suffer from tester bias where by the very nature of the questions they choose to select cannot be called "unbiased".

Lastly there is no peer review for either.

inb4 - u saying fox isn't biased. err no just the studies seem badly done to me and are not worth basing much on.

TL;DR Both studies are not peer reviewed, both have a very narrow range of what constitutes "knowledgable", one uses statistical interpretation as opposed simple and better survey questions, with questions quite possible biased towards knowing individuals involved rather than ideas, institutions, ideaology, policy direction etc.

nb - I understand probably no one will read this.

Hitler wasn't promising any of this in his campaign speeches either. But you've clearly missed something here. We live in a Post World War II reality, a literal Hitler could never be elected in America or other areas of the Western world, even in the furthest right European countries. No one is worried about that, and that is certainly not what I'm arguing. If you thought it was then you've completely missed the point. What I and others are worried about is the CONTEMPORARY equivalent of such figures. History is all about context, and the present is not exempt from that rule.

"Pander to bigots" is a lazy way of saying "places extreme emphasis on building a wall with our neighbor, deporting immigrants and blocking access to groups who just happen to be non-white minorities, agression regarding foreigners and the satisfaction of angry post-9/11 revenge fantasy, delegitimizing the cause of continuing civil rights movements." all of which happen to be things people who are objectively bigoted- such as the Ku Klux Klan, Neo-Nazis, and NASCAR fans- happen to agree with.

Fighting the worst terrorist group in modern times, a group that literally drags people behind cars on the tarmacked road, sets people on fire whilst their still alive in cages, run's over alive people with tanks, keeps slaves and sex slaves against their will, is implimented in mass rapes, slaughters people because they are not the correct religion ( think about all these things for a second, what it would feel like if it happened to you or your family ) have shot up numerous cities and will quite possibly escalate foreign terrorist attacks as they lose ground in Syria and Iraq:

This line of thinking is typical of far-left/srs-style types.

Is a policy more likely to inconvenience brown people than white people? If so it's racist.

If you think controlling immigration is racist then you should try getting into America for work as privileged white european sh*tl0rd( wascsm ). When they ask you the nature of your visit say Business or "Business and Pleasure". If you're lucky after your five hour interview and multiple verfications that your business exists and is legit, you're not planning on doing any work that could take away a job from an american, that this meeting will help american businesses and you have showed that you have more than enough personnal finances with you to support youself for the duration of your trip, have a full itinerary, business references and people in america that can vouch for you will probably but not definately be allowed in probably with a caution. Or if you're Mexican you could just walk over the border.

Border controls are not just there for brown people.

A easy explanation of this would be that the journalistic standards at CNN, MSNBC, and FOX have dropped so much that they are no longer interested in reporting accurate news, but rather focus on attentions grabbing narratives. Trump has filed for bankruptcy multiple times and stuck the tax payers with the bill for his constant failed business. His only real income is conning people into thinking that he is worth billions and charging them money to use his name on things. Now he is conning the American people into electing him president, and it's working because most Americans are morons.

What reality and facts thinks of Americans. I'm sorry you're too stupid to comprehend this. Most of the industrial world believes in education and the pursuit of knowledge, while 'Murica believes in an imaginary sky god, denying science & climate change, as well as pushing for education text books to teach the earth is 6,000 years old. America is a joke to the rest of the world. Heck even your God-Emperor Trump says America isn't winning at anything, well he's right, America is getting its ass kicked at basic math and reading.

These debates don't matter.
Left or right, America gets fucked red or blue.
You're both not seeing the big picture.
There are no positives.

It's tantamount to deciding what to do in the last hours of life when a comet is bearing inescapably down on you,
sure,
what you do may seem like it matters, might be fun, might be worrying, probably more than a little frightening,
but,
in the end, you die. And nothing you did before that point mattered.

Btw, don't literally think you're going to die. But I think you get the picture.
Sorry. You're American, I had to clarify.

If trump can stay on one side of an issue for more than a few months I could maybe trust him. The only thing he sticks with is immigration.

Also I really dont like his ideas about "calling bill gates to turn off the internet" and climate change. He denies climate change while his company does not.

Hillary Lying for 13 minutes straight
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-dY77j6uBHI

Who SHOULDN'T vote for Hillary (PS the original was pulled by "someone")
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WMoMajiue24

Why You Should NOT Vote For Hillary Clinton In 2016 - Run down of just the proven and documented corruption.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tIY0pIvz6Ck

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_Senate_career_of_Hillary_Rodham_Clinton#Legislation

TL;DR in 2 terms as a senator she managed to pass 3 peices of legislation. One renamed a road, another renamed a post office facility and he third classified the house of an early female labor leader as a historic site. 8 years and that's all.

Hillary Supporters on why they are voting for her. Nothing to do with ideas, policies or character and all to do with her gender.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TcrA8ehw2e4

Fun Fact - Hillary supporters LIKE Trump policies, they just don't know it ( or anything much by the looks of things ).
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CsxXty6vEBA

But hey Sanders isn't corrupt right?
Sanders' are still profiting from Sierra Blanca nuclear waste dump, per their 2014 tax return
http://www.dailykos.com/story/2016/4/16/1516075/-Sanders-are-still-profiting-from-Sierra-Blanca-nuclear-waste-dump-per-their-2014-tax-return

TL;DR Sanders helped push through legislation that benefitted his wife's work.

But none of Hillary's Documented and Proven corruption and lies has been on the democratic party supporting daily show so..

People are just posting that Trump is a failure of a businessman (which is true) and a scam artist (which is also true) you fucking idiot. Yes Hillary is corrupt as shit and should have been in prison years ago, but that doesn't have anything to do with Trump also being a terrible choice for president.

So basically all you've done is post links to shit that no one is talking about or disputing. Yet you haven't done a damn thing to provide evidence that Trump isn't a lying moron scamming his idiot followers. You have gone full retard.

No I didn't. Here's the proof.

> People are just posting that Trump is a failure of a businessman
Err no. He is a multi billionaire the lowest estimate is 3 BILLION ( that's $3,000 Million ) . That estimate was done by someone writing a negative hit-piece bio. $3 BILLION is still fucking amazing going by anyones standards. The fact that you suggest otherwise shows that those retard accusations might be projection.

>a scam artist
Citation? or its it just based on your feelz? Well done you just went full "feelz over realz". Also Hillary has been corrupt IN PUBLIC OFFICE. It is documented AND proven.

>Hillary is corrupt as shit and should have been in prison years ago, but that doesn't have anything to do with Trump also being a terrible choice for president.

Who are you voting for in 2016? The fact that Hillary is awful has EVERYTHING to do with Trump. If not Hillary then Trump. Grow up. That's your choice. Thank's for proving my case.

Calling people retarded and then going on to write stupid stuff just makes you sound both stupid and self unaware. Perhaps you whould be more polite next time, people don't mind a polite retard as much.

>a scam artist

>Thank's for proving my case.
First off, it's thanks not thank's. Secondly, where the fuck was your case proven? You providing no solid evidence or counter statements to my points are not me proving your case or even you making a well reason intelligent argument. You have yet again gone full retard.

>Who are you voting for in 2016?
What makes you think I'm even American to begin with? Asking who I'm voting for has nothing to do with my points that Trump is a con man and a failure of a businessman. Trump had to file for bankruptcy four times, if that isn't a failed businessman I don't know what is. All he does is make people think he's rich then rent his name out like a whore for others to use on their business because Trump conned them into thinking his name means something.

Look at all the New York real estate etc that Trump owns and tell me that's worth only 100 Million or so. Even Forbes, who have substantial practice at estimating net worth recon Trump is worth $4.5 Billion.

Two shitty blogs full of innuendo and insinuation saying it's a scam. You should try reading the truth about Trump university

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trump_University

One accusation that it was a "scam" comes from the fact that it didn't have a license to call itself a university. OMG - how terrible. and the other is that people who ran the course sought good reviews. OMG - when will they shoot Trump for what his employees did. Whatever else you can say the participants DID get real estate training. This is NOT evidence that he is a scam artist no matter how much you wish it was.

>Secondly, where the fuck was your case proven?
You act like the choice is Trump, Hillary or Something else. Your hatred of Trump as a candidate does not exist in a political isolation.

What we have learnt from your posts is that Hillary supporters will:

Attack people for posting FACTS about Hillary.
Call anyone who disagrees stupid or retarded.
Ignore good quality evidence for shitty evidence from attack articles because it backs their ridiculous claims.
Nitpick on spelling mistakes to try and create the illusion they are winning the argument.
Deny being Hillary supporters because they know how difficult it is to defend Hillary and her record.
Not post evidence for their own posts whilst unironically attacking people for "not posting evidence" that could easily be found on the first page of google.

Hillary is a Shitty candidate with unpleasant supporters.

Serious question. Why are you so butthurt? What country do you come from where starting such insult laden attacks unproked is considered a reasonable way of going about things?

Yes it is terrible, in fact it's illegal and people go to prison for it.

>Whatever else you can say the participants DID get real estate training.

No they didn't. Do some fucking research. The only "training" they got was what you could have found by doing a simple web-search for "top 10 things to know about real estate." Most of the "teachers" were just former fast-food or retail employees with no real estate experience.

>What we have learnt from your posts is that Hillary supporters will:

And yet again you've gone full retard. First, it's learned not learnt. Secondly, when did I say I support Hillary? So why do you keep going to her? Oh, I know it's because you're so fucking mentally incompetent that you can't debate what I'm actually saying so you have to start inserting your own talking points. By saying "same crowd," you are mistaking us for mainline conservatives, which we are anything but. Most of us have come to political maturation hating both the left and the right intensely. /pol/ supporting Trump is the fusion of nationalism and libertarianism, creating a transcendent new populist right which is both reactionary and visionary, preserving cultural values and rejecting orthodox free market ideology.

No Trump supporter on this website has loyalty to the conservative mainstream and establishment or for that matter the Republican party. Once he is elected we can either cut out the deadwood of the GOP and bolster it with those of our ideological camp or create a new political movement to claim ownership of the right wing.

It's one thing to feamonger, it's another and more destructive thing to deny terror.

Anyway, a wall is 100% feasible and can more than enough be paid for by taxing remittances, cutting off all social benefit payment to illegals, the money saved from less drug enforcement one the land passage is cut off, and taxing imports from Mexico—a policy which is beneficial in itself since we would like to repudiate NAFTA and end the policy of free trade between the US and Mexico.

Deporting is quite simple. There's no need for a nationwide sweep starting at the top and ending at the bottom in which every house is searched. This is the bogeyman propped up by liberals and internationalist Republicans, HOWEVER, no one is proposing such a thing. You can deport all these people without breaking any eggs by enforcing E-VERIFY and cracking down on employers who still hire illegals and do not implement the system. This will shore up jobs for illegals removing the incentive both to come the United States and to stay, thereby causing them to voluntarily self-deport. All social benefits should be slashed for illegal immigrants by federal mandate—including barring all state and local governments from giving such benefits and removing "sanctuary city" policies. Also, communities known to have a high concentration of illegal immigrants can be targeted with higher policing so that illegals caught in unrelated crimes can have their citizenship status searched and if they are found to be illegal they will be deported.

Other measures could include suspending illegal alien drivers licenses, and I don't know, ENFORCE ALREADY EXISTING LAWS.

Do some research often times citations in the wiki are just citing themselves. For example someone will put something in a wiki page, then someone writes an article using that false evidence put on the wiki page, then they link the false info to the written article. Wikipedia can't be trusted as a credible source, there are numerous instances where this has been proven to have happened.

He doesn't fully own or even partially own most of those holdings listed on the Wiki he just claims he owns them and claims they are worth more then they are actually valued at. This is why you can't trust Wikipedia or what Trump says. You have to actually look at facts.

A journalist claimed Trump was only worth 150-250 million. Trump sued the journalist, but when Trump had to provide evidence of his worth to the judge to prove the journalist was lying Trump couldn't and lost the lawsuit. Why did he lose? Because the journalist was right Trump is only worth 150-250 million, not billions.

Definitely Wiki should always be only a starting place, to get an overview on what to look for. Source criticism is a basic skill to have these days.

You do realise this Forbes article is basically saying Trump is not worth the $10 Billion he says but more like $4.5 Billion that Forbes says Trump has. OR are you saying that in September 2015 Forbes estimated Trumps wealth at $4.5 Billion but in March 2016 Forbes valued it at less that $250 million based on a trial in 2011 ie Forbes was off by 1,800%+ ?

Also about that $150-$250 Million estimate that was printed in "Trump Nation". Trump sued and the case was thrown out (Sept 2011) but NOT because the author of hit piece book Trump Nation, Timothy O’Brien, proved Trump was worth $150-$250 Million but because "Trump hasn't demonstrated that author Timothy O’Brien committed "actual malice" by citing three unnamed sources". This is key. You have to prove that the author was acting deliberately maliciously which of course as the "sources" were never revealed Trump's lawyers could never prove. Timothy O’Brien didn't prove that Trump had $150-$250 Million, Trump failed to prove that this very low estimate was done with deliberate malice to sell more books as Trump had claimed. This is very basic and is explained in any article that covers the court process unbiasedly.

That $150-$250 Million figure comes from "unnamed sources" that weren't never revealed. Are you saying you honestly trust those unnamed and unverified sources more Forbes?

The trial:

Article vs Wikipedia

Trump International Hotel & Tower Waikiki Beach Walk - Article says he licensed name with management contract. Wikipedia doesn't list it as an asset.

Trump International Hotel Las Vegas - Article says he sold most of the condos but kept some- wikipedia does not claim he owns them all.

Seven Springs - Article accuses him of overblowing the value - does not dispute his ownership. Wikipedia says he owns it but again goes with the lowest estimate.

40 Wall Street - Article accuses Trump of overblowing value because it has a mortgage- Wikipedia says he owns it with mortgage.

Trump World Tower - article says it has mortgage as does wikipedia

West Side Yards - article says he owns 30% not his stated 50%. Wikipedia says he owns 30%

How is Wikipedia wrong here

Wikipedia and your cited article are in almost completely sync. Why are you subtly implying that Wikipeida is somehow wrong but the article is right? It doesn't seem to make much sense and seems to be just blind dislike for Trump.

I think a lot of the haters are going to have to face it Trump is good at real estate. Like him or loath him Trump is good at real estate.

>You do realise this Forbes article is basically saying Trump is not worth the $10 Billion he says but more like $4.5 Billion that Forbes says Trump has

Your reading comprehension is a joke if that's what you got from the article. What the article says is that Trump claims he's worth 4.5 billion but analyzing his holdings reveal this to be inaccurate. Investigation of his actual holdings show that he would be worth 4.5 billion if and ONLY IF he actually owned 100% of the properties he claims to own out right and they are worth vastly inflated prices to what they have been truly valued at.

Once you look at what the properties are really valued at and what percent of those holdings he actually owns then his worth is significantly less then the 4.5 billion. Which is why the Forbes article points out the lawsuit where Trump lost, and his worth was listed as only 150-250 million.

But in order to have gotten that from the article you would have needed to actually read it, not just the title of the piece. You clearly stopped at "fibs about this $4.5 billion net worth." You see you have to read the whole thing to understand that they are calling into question his unproven claim of 4.5 billion.

>Trump is worth $4.5 Billion. Deal with it.
No, people believed he was worth that much until they started to scrutinize those claims in the presidential race and now the evidence is clear those billions are bullshit and Trump is lying his ass off.

Technically no.

>all these giant posts of people trying to prove Trump went bankrupt 10,000 times and doesn't have a net worth of $10 billion
It's retarded. You picked the absolute least important aspect of Trump and its the furverous Googling hill you apparently think is worth dying on.

The problem with calculating Trumps assets is their are not easily fungible and rely heavily on always-changing real estate prices. If you take a measure of them at any moment you are likely to get wildly differnent numbers based on his large portfolio. Now, I think its reliable to take his word for it on the $10 billion figure because he is most familiar with his properties and this represents the best negotiable deal he thinks he could get if he liquidated all assets.

That aside it doesn't matter. I'd consider a man a business success if he just owned a small business and brought in a few handsome hundred thousand dollars a year for his family but that's just me. Trump's strong suit is not the golden fixtures, its managing large enterprises, which in effect is what the presidency is.

I don't want Trump to run the country like his country clubs and casinos, I want him to run it like the expansive and top-down state apparatus which it is. You think Hillary or Bernie have the stamina and savvy to do this? There are thousands of govt positions appointed by the president.

Trump is a guy who sleeps 5 hours a night. He will literally be spending every waking hour from 5 am making this country great again and you faggots want an old Pollack who will appoint a BLM panel to make his ever decision and sees the world through pure ideology.

More Wikipedia citing. You are either a child or have the mind of one. Trump did file for bankruptcy multiple times, it just wasn't personal bankruptcy, it was because he's such a terrible businessman that he couldn't properly run a lemonade stand. All his businesses fail because he isn't a businessman, he's a con man.

Trump clearly has no idea how to run a national economy. He's also said numerous times he would basically let or initiate the US economy collapsing. So, if you think he can run an expansive top-down state apparatus you are fucking retarded.

>Trump's strong suit is not the golden fixtures, its managing large enterprises

Every business that Trump has run has gone bankrupt. The only ones that haven't he doesn't run he just rents his name out to be plastered on it and it is run by people who have nothing to do with Trump.

Seeing as one post about Hillary has set you off I will now post anti-Hillary stuff in ANY Trump thread I encounter just on the off chance it sets you off on one of your deranged rants. Just some quick observations:

Dow Jones went from 2,000 to about 18,000 between 1976 and 2016
Every $1 invested in 1976 would be worth $9 in 2016
$100 million would be worth $900 Million

If Trump turned $100 Million into £4.5 Billion from 1976 to 2016 ( as the experts at forbes say)
$1 in 1976 Trump would be worth $45 now

That is a massive out performance of the Dow Jones so it's not that bad.

Also the FTSE 100 UK share index ( FTSE's most famous and most obviously neccesary index) was only started in 1984 by the Financial Times in London. Yet this FTSE NAREIT ( a north american real estate index) has data going back to the 1970s. Seems odd for a london firm that started as an offshoot of the financial times. I haven't been able to find much about FTSE NAREIT. Will Look tommorrow.

Hillary, bought and paid for by corporate America.

She has not yet released the transcripts of these speeches and she has lied ( no surprise ) about the fees being just "what they offered" when in fact she insisted on large fees.

>Hillary Clinton’s involvement cannot be denied. She is named in the foundation’s title. She collects money in their name and has collected from foreign dignitaries while working as Secretary of State.

>In April 2015, Bill Clinton was forced to abruptly resign from his lucrative perch as honorary chancellor of Laureate Education, a for-profit college company. The reason for Clinton’s immediate departure: Clinton Cash revealed, and Bloomberg confirmed, that Laureate funneled Bill Clinton $16.46 million over five years while Hillary Clinton’s State Dept. pumped at least $55 million to a group run by Laureate’s founder and chairman, Douglas Becker, a man with strong ties to the Clinton Global Initiative. Laureate has donated between $1 million and $5 million (donations are reported in ranges, not exact amounts) to the Clinton Foundation. Progressive billionaire George Soros is also a Laureate financial backer.

In one instance, foundation officials acknowledged they should have sought approval in 2010 from the State Department ethics office, as required by the agreement for new government donors, before accepting a $500,000 donation from the Algerian government.

The money was given to assist with earthquake relief in Haiti, the foundation said. At the time, Algeria, which has sought a closer relationship with Washington, was spending heavily to lobby the State Department on human rights issues.

-->1/3 of donations are foreign governments looking to win favour. <--

The Washington Post reported last week that foreign sources, including governments, made up a third of those who have given the foundation more than $1 million over time. The Post found that the foundation, begun by former president Bill Clinton, has raised nearly $2 billion since its creation in 2001.

Foreign governments and individuals are prohibited from giving money to U.S. political candidates, to prevent outside influence over national leaders. But the foundation has given donors a way to potentially gain favor with the Clintons outside the traditional political limits.

Trump is so going to win this.

They use this index:

FTSE NAREIT All Equity REITs Index

The index was launched 6 March 2006. The past results are presumably reverse engineered.

Also house prices have gone from $45K to $210K from 1976 to 2014. Trump has massively outperformed this.
