If you're <25 slim twink is where it's at, if you're 25< you better start transitioning to buff daddy mode.

Exceptions of course include:
1) if you're +/- 6ft you should start buffing up as early as possible
2) if you're under 5'8" you can probably stay slim till you're 27.
