Agree with you, it's definitely this year's best TV show, it is unbelievably addictive, HBO always delivers, if they keep going at this pace, they'll definitely be the biggest television network, it's already delivering entertainment better than anything out there.

I've only watched up to episode 3 and it feels kinda overhyped so far.
Like it's promising the viewers a good story, but doesn't deliver.

So far the best episode has been the premier. It quickly lost that eerie, mysterious vibe though and now it seems like an action adventure/sci-fi live action anime and not in a good way. I really hope something interesting happens soon.

Right, but we just see the male host there touching his arm. No action was shown.
Also, on the first episode whenever they're arriving at the westworld facilities right before they get their gear he grabs a female and male host to help him get ready and once he's ready to board the train he's tucking in his shirt and pulling up his zipper. That pleased me very much.
