1) Take a shoelace, make one loop around your penis AND balls, and loosely tighten it.

YES. I got that one [KHD] six months ago.

The literature says it has an "egg shell" texture, but "pumice stone" is more accurate. Even after sanding, it's very harsh on the skin. It is absolutely not for long term wear.

It has a genius ring shape and locking mechanism design, but the materials are crummy! I went right back to my CB-6000, and felt silly for not buying the Holy Trainer instead of this 3D printed one.

If it was made out of plastic, or silicon, it would be perfect.

I'm strongly considering using primer paint and power tools to get a smooth surface, then using it to make a mold and finally casting a new one in clear plastic.

tl;dr ~ don't buy it. it's made of sandpaper.
