Germany and Poland would've invaded the Soviet Union together. Should they have still been unsuccessful, Pilsudski would have a reputation as slandered as Hitler and Mussolini, been responsible for killing 6000000000000000000 Ukrainians, and Poland would probably have millions of muslims and black people right now.

1. He scorned nationalism and antisemitism, so Sanacja would be far more moderate.
2. He had no understanding for economy and need for modernization, so Poland would be poorer and less industrialized without the massive industrialization programme spearheaded by Kwiatkowski.
3. Despite what all armchair generals speculate, he would never ally with Germany. He always judged Hitler as completely untrustworthy. Poland would never take part in the partition of Czechoslovakia (Pilsudski wanted to give up the Cieszyn Silesia altogether), but aside from that history would go the way it went. The Polish interwar foreign policy would collapse in late 1939 and Poland would seek assurances from France and UK.

Practically the only major new variable is how Pilsudski would play out as a wartime leader. Would he opted to stay in Poland and be captured? Would the Romanians let him pass if he decided to leave? Would he form a government-in-exile? Would such leader be respected by the Big Three?
