Say you woke up one day and everyone tells you you're insane.
The more you try to explain the more you feel you get misunderstood.They have their minds fixed: you're just insane. It says so in your journal: every new person reads it and see you got a diagnosis once and they have to trust it.
What do you do? The more you explain, the worse you seem. You stay quiet? The more they see you as uncooperative. This is your identity now, they tell you that's the TRUTH. But YOU know your own mind...
If you play along you're forced medication which dulls your mind, TURNS you insane.
What should you do?

the point is that nobody has ever been happy in taking seriously what they feel and what they think. Once you drop all these, you enter a meditative state and there you pursue your quest to throw away what you are conscious of.
the conclusion is that what you thin and feel and what others think and feel does not matter.
