In the moscow dialect "O" is pronounced as "A" for some reason. The rest of slavs don't do that. Also the rest of us slavs call them Rusia - ru (as in the rou in rouble)+sia(see ya)

Y'all niggas really gotta get into phonetics. Especially when using English, which has a very deep orthography and a heinoous relationship between spelling and pronunciation, the IPA is an absolute necessity. I'll try to clear some things up.
Caesar is pronounced siːzɚ by some Anglos.
Caesar was probably pronounced ka͜esar while he was alive.
The German word Kaiser is pronounced ka͜Jzɐ, so it's still far from the original pronunciation.
