Seriously though, neither the Republic of Venice nor the Roman Empire even come close to the total amount of time that the Pharaohs ruled the Nile River valley. Even if you count the High Imperial period and the Byzantine period as a single entity, that still doesn't even encompass half of the total number of years that the Ancient Egyptians ruled supreme
