Yes, even if all your sources are biased it is humanly possible for the analyzer to maintain a high level of objectivity.
For example you do not literally conclude that Rameses II had contact with the gods, you use this as evidence that he had religious authority.
Nothing is 100% perfectly free from bias of course, you may analyze evidence objectively but your selection of evidence and the effort you put in to obtain it could be influenced by your subconscious subjective view of things. Only slightly though.
