I was wondering if someone could translate this, I have no clue what language it is in, I am assuming it is the Archangel Michael, but I am unsure.

It's old Slavonic, which is still used in most East-European Countries.

This is Church Slavonic too. The first word is "Пюхтицкaя", Pukhtitskaya. Looks like it's a name of monastery in Estonia with it's own tradition of iconography of "Virgin Mary near a stream". The only sources are in russian, so google translate them: http://www.portal-slovo.ru/art/43233.php , http://azbyka.ru/days/ikona-u-istochnika-pjuhtickaja .

Looks like there is a story about appearance of Virgin Mary in 1600s near a stream in Estonia, and an icon miraculously appearing afterwards, starting this tradition.
