It says חרת/חרח ארכי as far as I can tell which meams absolutely nothingl
The letters on the outside ring are meaningless too. Maybe Yiddish?
The middle triangles have names in them- Yoel in top triangle
Rachel in bottom triangle
Alcael (?) and Yadda(?) on the top side of top triangle
Achiam and Marbachiel (?) on bottom side of bottom triangle

Forgot to mention one of the words is a singular "sheep" but that's it.
