Short answer: Yes.
Medium answer: Probably yes. There are good reasons to believe there were and there's no reason to believe there weren't. Also depends on exactly what you consider black.
Long answer:
Romans drew auxilaries from all over the empire, and had control over egypt for most of this duration. Whilst the blackness of northern egyptians is of course something of debate (we wuz kangz n shiiieeeet), southern egypt bordered onto the ancient nubian kingdoms, and enjoyed significant trade across the border, a border which shifted back and forth over time. It would be very surprising if the south of egypt was in any way racially identical to the north.
So if the nubians are black enough for you (and there are some pretty fucking black nubians) the answer is yes. If not then no, sorry buddy.
