Did pagan Germanic gods originate with the Norse gods?
Or were Germanic gods their own thing with simple similarities to Norse gods?
What were the major Germanic gods and goddesses? Did they all have Norse counterparts?
Scandinavians are Germanic and you could've found that out in 2 seconds via Duck Duck Go if you weren't a retarded /pol/tard.

Other way round
>What were the major Germanic gods and goddesses? Did they all have Norse counterparts?
Pretty much the same but with slightly different names (Woden = Odin) and varying importance (Tīwaz was really important for the older Germans whilst Thor and Odin was more so for Scandinavians) the same goes for Anglo's before becoming christian.

what does /pol/ have to do with anything?
Do you simply mean German? The Norse are already Germanic.
Anyway Germanic polytheism share a lot of the same gods across different cultures. They all evolved from Proto-Germanic deities.
Óðinn, Wōtan, Wōden = Wōđanaz
Þórr = þonar = Þunor = Þunraz
Týr = Teiws = Tīw = Tīwaz
