Ottoman Empire was bullshit though. European states figured out their tactics pretty fast after Suleiman, and their wasnt a European leader after Charles the Bold who truly cared about expelling the Turks from Europe. Most Westen powers were fine with the Ottomans as a check to any ambitious states and Balkans just wasn't worth the trouble.
