Spengler was completely correct that somebody like Bismarcks with his staatssozialismus, or even Hitler, would never be able to emerge in the Anglo world, because Anglos resent that kind of thinking. Try reading Prussentum und Socialismus. Even Marx, despite being a German Jew, was influenced mostly by Smith and Ricardo and viewed the world from an English rather than German perspective.

In all seriousness the British isles have always been rather liberal compared to continental Europe, freemen in the Anglo-Saxon kingdoms generally had greater freedom than in continental Europe, later English feudalism was less strict than on the continent, England had the Magna Carta and English Civil War. Overall they simply have a long history of fighting authority or having greater degrees of freedom. This is opposed to France which remained an absolute monarchy until the late 18th century but after that developed a weird history of switching from republicanism to monarchies and empires with lots of socialism thrown in. Germany meanwhile always had fairly powerful monarchies up until the dissolution of the Second Reich and seeing how nobody liked the Weimar republic authoritarianism in some form seemed like a reasonable goal for the Germans who were accustomed to have little or no political power.

Been to Germany twice back when deutsche marks were still a thing. Most people were welcoming. Some were utter arseholes towards me.

Geographically speaking Germany has always been surrounded by Strong neighboring nations so strong leadership and cooperation on all levels was needed to prevent Germany from succumbing to foreign invasion.
Conversely Britain is an island so the peoples within it can take liberties in leadership as invasion is less likely.
Philosophers like Locke, Mills, and Bentham in Britain are obsessed freedom whilst German philosophers like Nietzsche and Kant are all about order and strength (though cherry picking a bit and probably more to do with being a product of culture).
Culturally Britain has common law which plays a big role in outlooks whilst Germany uses Statute Law. Whats more Britain has had a strong tradition of Parliamentary democracy, their civil war was won by anti monarchists, and Britain fostered capitalism as it goes hand in hand with the Anglo cultural mindset much like in the USA. Anglo's love entrepreneurship and free markets whilst in modern Germany we see more partial state ownership such as 12% in the Volkswagen group whilst Britain doesn't since Neo liberalism in the 1980's.
German history has been markedly more regimented with strong ties to tradition and order. What's more i'm sure that the Prussian (later German) upper house had supremacy over the lower house in contrast to Britain's commons having supremacy in the UK showing a more top down instead of bottom up approach.
