Hey, /his/. Being a fapstronaut, one is always looking out for good quotes from historical figures for encouragement, but a more interesting thought just entered my head. Just like with PTSD, it doesn't seem that there's a lot of evidence of people historically dealing with problems of unrestrained sexualities.
Like, of course we have plenty of people in the past who spoke out against sexual degeneracy, but are there any famous accounts of people who wrote about their journey fighting this specific inner demon of theirs? Augustine of course was promiscuous before becoming a Saint, but he just up and changes, never seemed to have had a deeper struggle regarding his promiscuity.

I believe OP wants to read about people who fought against the vice of lust and what strategy they used, not about some super degenerate who got his own daughter pregnant.
