The only truly post-racial society I can think of is Paraguay. Due to the insane antics of their first dictator, Gaspar de Francia, which forced natives and Spaniards to interbreed, Paraguay has a 95% mestizo population, extremely homogenous, and the first language is the native Guarani language rather than Spanish.

Whether this is desirable or not I leave it up to you, but even the whitest German-descent Paraguayan speaks Guarani, which is pretty remarkable.

Slavery was much more extended and brutal in Brazil, the plantation economy was much more widespread, there was no urban middle class of any note until the 1930s, the first steel mill in Brazil was actually founded as late as the 1950s.

Last day I was with a brazilian girl and actually yeah they view race in a very different way. Argentina never had that many blacks to begin with. Slavery was abolished very early, in 1812.

Argentina had only 500 thousand people at independence, and probably 10% of this were African slaves, since there were no plantations and no cotton fields. In colonial times Blacks were only used as household servants on the houses of the upper class.

Argentina received 7 million European immigrants over the course of the 19th century, so you can imagine 50 thousand blacks amidst that had a negligible impact and became "invisible".

Genetic testing shows less than 5% of the population has traces of African admixture. And among those that did have, they could still rise to positions of prominence like Bernardino Rivadavia who was the first President of a unified Argentina, or Ramon Carrillo who was a prominent Health Minister in the 1950s.

tl;dr - Indians were ruthlessly genocided and replaced. Blacks were too few for the government to care.
