Evola first rose to prominence and gained most of his pre-WWII fame from literally being a pagan sorcerer.
The first widely read book he wrote was "Introduction to Magic."
And really, everything about his philosophy depends on a worldview in which the supernatural is real. Why do you think he considered initiatory rituals and the unification of priestly powers into the office of the king to be so important?

Evola and Guenon first got me interested in comparative Indo-European mythology and linguistics, but a deeper study of these subjects made me lose interest in Evola and Guenon.
