This is an idiotic opinion not rooted in historical reality. "White" and "black" races were observed by everyone from Romans and ancient Arabs to Spanish colonialists, centuries before America even existed. The word "Ethiopian" was literally used as an umbrella term for all blacks by the Greeks and the Romans, it didn't mean just people from Ethiopia itself.

Note that every group of white people that came into contact with blacks developed these concepts.

Except for the whole Human sacrifice thing, bloodletting, garland wars, and having Empires based on extracting tribute from their vassals and brutal oppression.

It is telling all the Aztec vassals sided with the Spaniards just to see them burn.

The Incas in Peru were much less brutal, their Empire was based on slow assimilation and integration of conquered cultures, and Human sacrifice was almost non-existant. (Although there are isolated cases)

Maybe, but that's like saying regional identity matters more than ethnicity because people weren't often in contact with different ethnicities, and so being Franconian matters more than being German.
