is logic an illusion?

I'm not sure I know what "illusion" means in this context, since logic is abstract. Is the Fibonacci sequence an illusion?

That's true. Garbage in, garbage out. By definition, though, true premises give you a true conclusion, with sound logic. As far as how you can be absolutely certain your logic is sound, that gets into some wild rabbit-holes of skepticism, but it generally seems pretty self-evident.

No but logic alone can't tell us any more than "I think therefore I am". Logic is a tool and depends on the assumptions you plug into it.
