Depends on how Stalin reacts to the drastically lowering amounts of foreign currency he wanted to be paid in. Hard to say, really, at least for immediate reaction. Longer term, probably a renegotiation of the trade deals in the USSR's favor, or abandoning it altogether.

Definitely not. The problem in North Africa was a shortage of harbor space and difficulties moving supplies from the harbors to the front. More supplies couldn't be sent there, and at the same time you have Rommel trying to besiege Tobruk in 1941, facing enormous shortages there, ammo and fuel were piling up on the wharves of Tripoli.

I doubt it. Britain's air strength vis a vis Germany's was much greater in 1941 than it was in 1940. They might try again anyway, but they never would have gotten anywhere.

Again, hard to say. They actually reached a kind of horrible stability in the later war years, by essentially abandoning modern economic notions, enslaving a good chunk of the populace, especially foreigners they imported into Germany. It would be North-Korea tier, but it was theoretically long term stable, unless you got an uprising within Germany against it.

Honestly, likely a resurgence of overt hostilities from Britian and the U.S. (assuming hostilities were abandoned), and aiding of revolts all over the Nazi empire. Probably very similar to defeat as we knew it historically.
