I used to have a high res version of that.
If anyone can make it out, there's a country in EVROPA called Welschland, which is actually Italy. Welsh is the word Germans used to refer to Latin speakers on the Continent, while the Anglo-Saxons used it to refer to the Native Britons on Britain

A very high quality image.
