Hi /his/ not quite sure if this is the right place to post but I have this helmet from WW2 that belonged to my great grandfather who served. Was wondering if you guys could offer any more information. I have more pics available. Pic related

The decal is from the German Police, I presume regular Ordnungspolizei, as there are no Sig-runes present. Is there anything written on the inside or so?
