No. Ataturk turned a shitty country into something decent (and Erdogan is turning it to shit theocracy again, but that's neither here nor there). Mugabe did the exact opposite and instead of making rational concessions with the white population, kicked them out caused a massive famine and made a country with actual potential into another African shithole. Gaddafi only improved the coastal Libya while completely ignoring the inner population. He and his family also acted like total tyrants.
