What's the difference between the 4 Tibetan Buddhist schools?

The way I understand it the Gelug-pa are more orthodox and focus on monastic discipline Also they are currently the most powerful and wear yellow hats.

Nyingma are the oldest ones and the most open for weirdo stuff like sexual yoga and non-monastic ascetics

Sakya and Kagyü are very focused on lines of guru succession but from what i remember they are not doctrinally extraordinary

what is today called bön is not the original bön faith (which died out after buddhist mission) but just another school of vajrayana buddhism that simply claims that it isn't buddhism

There are at least 2 other schools that were absorbed/eliminated after the Dalai Lama unified Tibet with the mongols' help.

One is the Jonang. No idea if it still 'exists' in any way. No idea the other
